The LePage PL300 Foam Board Construction Adhesive is built to bond all types of polystyrene and polyurethane insulation materials.
Build
This adhesive is excellent for interior or exterior applications and is not affected by water, moisture and temperature changes.
PL300 is perfect for cold storage unit construction and for use on below grade applications where foam is being used as insulation.
At least one surface being adhered together should be porous for best results.
Cured PL300 is waterproof and weather resistant.
This adhesive is also great for filling in gaps and irregularities to help provide a smooth surface.
PL 300 won't burn through foam!
Safety
When using indoors, make sure there is adequate ventilation to the outdoors. This will also help provide a proper cure.
Wear gloves and wash hands thoroughly after use or contact with this product.

How to Use
- All surfaces must be clean, dry and free of loose materials
- Cut spout and puncture seal
- Apply adhesive using a caulking gun in a continuous bead
- Press prefit and precut foamboard panels firmly into place
- Pull panels away and allow to vent for 2 - 5 minutes
- If installing panels to drywall, apply adhesive around the edges and then in a series of x-patterns approximately 12" apart
- Position drywall, align, vent and them firmly press into place
- Use nails around entire perimeter and over contacting studs or strapping to hold panels in place
- Use mechanical support for a minimum of 24 hours during cure
- Avoid using warped panels for best results
Clean-Up and Storage
Use mineral spirits to clean uncured adhesive and cut or scrape to remove cured adhesive.
This adhesive is freezable.
Follow HAZMAT procedures for disposal of product and container.
Store away from heat, flames, sparks and keep in a well ventilated area.
