These flat-head Phillips sleeve anchors are ideal for when you need the fastener head to be flush with the fixture surface.
For concrete, hollow block and brick applications, this sleeve anchor is an ideal light to medium duty anchor.
These anchors are mechanical expansion anchors, which are assembled with an expansion sleeve, spacer, nut, and washer.
